I received my duo this week and glad they ship it in a bag. The cap on the shampoo arrived cracked and there was purple gel all over both products. About 1/4 of the shampoo bottle had leaked and was wasted. I’ve been using this product for probably a decade. It tones incredibly well, almost too well and will turn your hair purple after a couple washes. They changed the scent a year or two ago and I have no idea why. It often received great reviews specifically on the scent. Now it smells like cough syrup and it’s just horrible. I don’t know how this scent was approved. Like did people actually sit around a board table and smell this and think yes, this is better than what we have and people will like it? Whoever approved it should be fired. So overall: toning =9. Shipping/packaging=3, scent=-1.
