It's rich and lightweight all at once, so it can smooth or tousle your style, give you movement and hold, and remain non-sticky – as long as you don't use too much. You can even use it to encourage volume in limp or lifeless strands. Plus, unlike a gel, it usually lends a semi-matte finish.
You can use hair putty on any hair type. For thin hair, try working a small amount into roots while pushing them upwards for a little extra lift. It'll give you some unkempt volume that lasts.
Start small with just a coin-sized amount, as you can build it up as and when your style needs it. Remember: it's easier to add more product than it is to take away.
You can put this putty on wet or dry hair – whatever you choose! Use it on wet hair for extra control and definition, or on dry hair to add ruffled texture.
