Returns + refunds
We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be an occasion where you feel it's necessary to return your products. If you are returning products due to a change of heart after ordering, the cost of the return delivery will be at your expense. All products returned will need to remain sealed, unused and in a sellable condition. Should they not be in a sellable condition, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please immediately capture images of the issue and write to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items, as soon as possible.

Should you qualify for a refund, this can take up to 7 working days to process. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Refunds are considered / accepted when:
- - The items returned by you have arrived back with us and remain in an unopened, resellable condition
- - Items that are faulty (damaged in shipping or wrong product received) and have photographic evidence of such
